Standard processing time for most orders is 1 to 3 weeks. Your card will be charged at the time you place your order. Shipping charges reflect the fee once the item is shipped, not the amount of time to complete the order. Immediate delivery cannot be guaranteed; you will be contacted if an extended period of time is required to fill your order.
RETURN POLICY:
A Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested in writing from Websales@JenniferMillerJewelry.com for any item that meets the proper requirements. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
a.) Request must be made within 7 days of receipt of package.
b.) Full price merchandise only. Engraved, Custom Made, Modified, Discounted and Sale merchandise is final sale; no returns or exchanges.
c.) Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn and must have silver Jennifer Miller ticket still attached.
All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the purchaser unless otherwise noted within 7 business days.
a.) Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit if their item meets the return requirements.
b.) Web Returns will not be accepted at any of our retail locations.
c.) Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer.
a.) All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit.
b.) The package must be insured and postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package with the RA# visible on the outside of the package in order to be eligible for return.
c.) A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package.
d.) JenniferMillerJewelry.com is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.
REPAIRS:
We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from JenniferMillerJewelry.com. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the original invoice, please include your full contact information.
PLEASE NOTE: Pending the nature of the repair there may be a repair charge. Some items might be non-repairable.

Prices are subject to change. JenniferMillerJewelry.com is unable to offer price adjustments.
SHIPPING:
All merchandise shipped from JenniferMillerJewelry.com will be shipped via Fedex Ground to the cardholders billing address. All orders over $500 will require a signature at the time of delivery. A waiver may be requested to modify any of these shipping conditions by contacting Websales@JenniferMillerJewelry.com. Fedex does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
